KUWK: Rob Kardashian Vs. Blac Chyna Lawyer Explains If The Kardashian Can Prove His Ex Is An Unf

Rumors have been going around that following the altercation between Blac Chyna and her now ex, Kid Buu, Rob Kardashian is planning to get full custody of their daughter, Dream Kardashian. But does he have an actual case?

One lawyer chatted with HollywoodLife, explaining to the news outlet whether or not the Kardashian can claim in court that his ex is an unfit mother.

The site wondered if going on a trip and not taking her daughter along would be enough for Rob to suggest that.

The attorney, David T. Pisarra, explained that is not really a possibility.

‘Not really, maybe if it was a pattern. She can say she did tell Rob. I’m not going to say it’s a humongous issue. The bigger issue is if she took the kid to Mexico, or to France, and didn’t tell him, then that would be an issue. The child was fine, so I don’t think the judge is going to get upset with that.’

But then how about Chyna’s reported fight with Kid Buu?

‘Chyna’s domestic violence with Kid Buu is also not a really big issue in Rob’s case because Dream wasn’t there. However, we can start to see a pattern and maybe as these incidents build up over the next 6 months to a year, as Rob can bring this to a judge and ask to revisit the custody arrangement. But until then, it can just look like Chyna’s crazy, but not a bad mom,’ Pisarra went on to say.

HollywoodLife previously reported that the only Kardashian son wants to get full custody of the daughter he shares with Chyna since he actually thinks she is not as good of a parent as he is.
